Pre-Studies

Engage all stakeholders to develop innovative solutions based upon sound assumptions, inter-departmental collaboration, and accountability for action with a level of detail that is often missing in projects that fail to meet expectations.

A Pre-Study provides  "in-depth" documentation that defines and validates the credibility of assumptions regarding the need, approach, and value of action to be taken prior to investing significant resources.

Our process methodology employs phases of discovery and agreement between what is and what needs to be, analysis of the gap, and development of the formal proposal for next step action or management approval of a project plan..

A complete set of executive-ready due diligence documents (findings report, supporting slides, etc.) is produced.

Avoid the probability of failed time, cost, and functional expectations
with a sound process that analyzes key considerations:

Project Purpose (business issue, goals, relative priority)
Constraints (staff, capabilities, systems, budget, time)
Scope of Work (requirements, use cases, conceptual models)
Risks (project, technological, feasibility or business outcomes)
Implementation Requirements (tasks, resources, critical path)
Costs (project expenses, related opportunity cost impacts)

A pre-study is a 6-12 week assessment that defines a business issue,  validates a proposed solution, or "front-ends" a potential project.
